Who we are
HairTransplantHelp is an information website for Australians thinking about a hair transplant. It is operated by Aston Social Pty Ltd, trading as Aston Digital, an Australian company. We are not a clinic, we do not perform procedures and we do not give medical advice.
What we do
We publish plain-English guides to costs, methods, recovery and risks, and we check the clinics that perform hair transplants in 10 Australian cities. When you ask for a callback, we pass your enquiry to one clinic that performs the procedure you are interested in, in or near your state, and that clinic calls you.
How we make money
The site is free to use. We may receive a fee from the clinic we match you with. That fee never changes what we publish about costs, methods or risks, and clinics cannot pay to appear in our guides.
What we do not do
- We do not publish clinic names, phone numbers or websites. We match you, and the clinic calls you.
- We do not publish testimonials, patient stories or before and after photos.
- We do not sell your details or add you to marketing lists.
- We do not recommend medication or tell you which procedure to have. That is a conversation for you and a doctor.
