We only collect personal information you choose to give us, mainly through our callback forms: your name, email address, mobile number, state, postcode if you give it, where you are at in your research and what you write about your situation. If you email us, we collect what you include. Please do not send medical records.
Sensitive information and your consent
An enquiry about a hair transplant is health related. The Privacy Act treats health information as sensitive information. We only collect it with your consent, which is the checkbox on our forms. It is never pre-ticked, and the form will not submit without it.
How we use it

Access, correction and deletion
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email privacy@hairtransplanthelp.com.au and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.

We use privacy-friendly analytics that count page views in aggregate and do not build profiles of individuals. We do not run advertising trackers.
Storage and security
Enquiry data is stored with reputable providers and protected by access controls and encryption in transit. No online service can promise perfect security, so we collect little and keep it for a limited time.
